RASSO Tech Working Group
This working group will, in-part, serve the RASSO Technology Partnership (RTP) Board, chaired by Chief Constable Sarah Crew, which is charged with a mission to improve capability in RASSO investigations. This working group will help to innovate, challenge and inform the strategic needs and requirements whilst also linking to the wider digital strategy across digital stakeholders.
VAWG and RASSO Tech Working Group
The group brings together techUK members, police, policymakers, academics, and technical specialists to problem solve, voice their ideas, experiences and expertise about technology's role in tackling Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and Rape and Serious Sexual Offences (RASSO). This group is a platform for collaboration, ensuring industry is connected with those across the Home Office, Police Digital Service (PDS), College of Policing and the VAWG Taskforce.
Digital Justice Working Group
A member-led working group exploring opportunities to drive digital transformation across the Criminal Justice System, working closely with partners from the Ministry of Justice, HMPPS, HMCTS and the Crown Prosecution Service. The working group is now closed for nominations. However, if you wish to stay up to date with this work, please get in touch.
Interoperability for Policing Working Group
The Interoperability for Policing Working Group is an industry led initiative, formed in 2018 by techUK, for industry and policing stakeholders to come together to accelerate interoperability of police IT systems. The group is led by Clare Elford, Clue Software (Chair), Robert Leach, R Leach Consulting (Co Vice-Chair), and Steve Norris, Salesforce (Co Vice-Chair).
Justice and Emergency Services Group
The JES Programme group is the supplier community that operates in the public safety, blue lights and criminal justice markets. The JES Programme Group’s aim is to create strong relationships between our members and these public sector customers, as well as to act as a critical friend for their digital transformation journeys.
Justice and Emergency Services Management Committee
The Justice and Emergency Services (JES) Programme has over 300 members who are represented by the JES Management Committee (JESMC). The JESMC is a group of 20 representatives of companies in techUK's membership who work together to oversee the strategic leadership and direction of the programme.

Georgie Morgan
Georgie joined techUK as the Justice and Emergency Services (JES) Programme Manager in March 2020, then becoming Head of Programme in January 2022.
Georgie leads techUK's engagement and activity across our blue light and criminal justice services, engaging with industry and stakeholders to unlock innovation, problem solve, future gaze and highlight the vital role technology plays in the delivery of critical public safety and justice services. The JES programme represents suppliers by creating a voice for those who are selling or looking to break into and navigate the blue light and criminal justice markets.
Prior to joining techUK, Georgie spent 4 and a half years managing a Business Crime Reduction Partnership (BCRP) in Westminster. She worked closely with the Metropolitan Police and London borough councils to prevent and reduce the impact of crime on the business community. Her work ranged from the impact of low-level street crime and anti-social behaviour on the borough, to critical incidents and violent crime.

Cinzia Miatto
Cinzia joined techUK in August 2023 as the Justice and Emergency Services (JES) Programme Manager.
The JES programme represents suppliers, championing their interests in the blue light and criminal justice markets, whether they are established entities or newcomers seeking to establish their presence.
Prior to joining techUK, Cinzia worked in the third and public sectors, managing projects related to international trade and social inclusion.

Ella Gago-Brookes
Ella joined techUK in November 2023 as a Markets Team Assistant, supporting the Justice and Emergency Services, Central Government and Financial Services Programmes.
Before joining the team, she was working at the Magistrates' Courts in legal administration and graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2022. Ella attained an undergraduate degree in History and Politics, and a master's degree in International Relations and Security Studies, with a particular interest in studying asylum rights and gendered violence.
In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, watching true crime documentaries, travelling, and making her best attempts to become a better cook.
