Event round-up: UPRNs and USRNs: What you need to know to best support your customers

On the 9 March techUK convened the Geospatial Commission and GeoPlace to demonstrate to both tech suppliers and local authorities what the opportunities through wider use of the Unique Property Reference Numbers (UPRNs) and Unique Street Reference Numbers (USRNs) open standards are.

Authoritative address and street data with unique location identifiers provide a framework for linking all kinds of information efficiently, and the potential across the public sector is significant. This webinar helped to equip suppliers of the public sector to understand their role better and how they can improve their offering and support to their local authority partners.

Georgina worked across a number of portfolios from education, criminal justice, and health but had a particular interest in public sector transformation and technology. Georgina also led on developing relationships across central and local government.
